Plywood Reels

We are proud to offer a complete line of plywood reels and spools for a variety of applications.  Whether you are looking for a package for welding wire, bare or insulated wire and cable, steel wire, armored cable, fiber or wire rope, or any other type of wire or cable chances are we have a package to fit your needs.

All of our plywood reels and spools come with a smooth finish using Russian birch plywood to eliminate costly wire snags and to provide the strongest reel of this type possible. Reels are assembled using either a spiral wound tube or a stitched bendable plywood core using bolts, washers, and t-nuts.  Some lighter weight reels are assembled with a galvanized steel barrel with tabbed construction.  Flange diameters of 12” to 30” are standard with other sizes possible and traverses can be specified by the customer.
