Business Development Manager
P&R Specialty, Inc., a leading manufacturer of Plastic Spools, Fiberboard Spools, and Plywood Reels serving the wire and cable industry for over 40 years, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales by combining technical knowledge with customer engagement. This role supports existing accounts, develops new business opportunities, and provides innovative solutions tailored to customer requirements. The Business Development Manager splits time between inside sales activities (quoting, customer support, technical consultation) and outside sales (customer visits, presentations, and business development).

Qualified candidates will have their bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field or equivalent technical/sales experience. Qualified candidates will also have 3+ years of combined inside/outside sales in manufacturing, engineered products, or industrial environments. Excellent technical skills are a must. In this position, a goal-oriented, personally accountable candidate with a strong attention to detail will succeed.
Compensation will be structured around the individual and their capability. Benefit package includes health insurance, vacation and holiday pay, and 401(k).
